The former licensee of Stockton's Gladstone Hotel, Tracy Keegan, has been banned for a further two years after the state's watchdog found she was still associated with licensed venues despite being disqualified over an incident where a patron consumed 23 alcoholic drinks.
The Liquor and Gaming NSW (LGNSW) investigation comes days after Ms Keegan's husband, former pub manager Mark Keegan, had his approval to manage licensed premises withdrawn over a separate serious intoxication incident involving the same patron.
