For the most part, the Tennessee Titans have remained rather healthy throughout 2024. While there have been bumps and bruises that have kept people out, up until this week, the biggest loss was CB Chidobe Awuzie who ended up on injured reserve following the Week 3 loss to the Green Bay Packers.
This week has been different. With Keondre Coburn recovering from a Week 4 knee injury and RB Tyjae Spears week-to-week with a hamstring injury, the team saw WR Treylon Burks injure a knee in practice and the prognosis is bleak.

Burks, a disappointing former first-round selection, has battled injuries throughout his career. Now, it appears that this injury could put him out for some time. Reports have surfaced that Burks may be headed to injured reserve, costing him at least four weeks of action.
With the Titans taking a run-first approach in recent weeks, Burks’ main contribution came as a blocker. For the season, he has only four receptions for 34 yards, even though he is outpacing other receivers in snaps. With Burks out, WR Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, who scored his first touchdown of the season in this past Sunday’s 20-17 loss to the Colts, should step in and take on a larger role.
Burks, Spears, and Coburn have all been ruled out by head coach Brian Callahan for Week 7. The rest of the injury report will be released late Friday afternoon after the Titans finish up practice before traveling to Orchard Park to take on the Buffalo Bills.
