Monthly borrowing for stimulus

The Finance Ministry is preparing to gradually borrow funds for the "Thais Help Thais Plus" programme, says finance permanent secretary Lavaron Sangsnit.

The ministry plans to conduct borrowing on a continuous monthly basis, aligning with the project's actual spending, he said on Tuesday.
