Good news for fans of Monster Hunter Stories! There are now more ways to play and enjoy the game. That's because it's now available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and the PC.
Monster Hunter Stories is a spinoff in the Monster Hunter series. While this RPG takes place in the world of Monster Hunter, the game has a different focus. Instead of hunting monsters, players are tasked with raising them. As such, they're now called Monster Riders.
What makes this version different is that this title is fully voiced in Japanese and English. There are also additional features like the new museum mode where players get to listen to music and even view concept art. This new version also comes with all the monsters that's been added through updates in the original game.
Players take on the role of an individual born in a village of Riders. This village has long been known to raise monsters for a living. Players need to overcome the different trials and tribulations and later on leave the village to start a new adventure. The goal is to head to the world of Hunters and find a way to learn to live and work together with them.
Things take a dark turn as a calamity that's called the Black Blight appears. It's threatening the entire world and upending peaceful lives that were taken for granted. Now Riders and Hunters are both put to the test to challenge this threat. The keys to saving the world are the Kinship Stone and its hidden power, as well as the truth of the "Legend of Redan" which describes the long-kept secret of the origins of the Riders.

Players have the option to enjoy more content with Monster Hunter Stories Collection. It not only has Monster Hunter Stories but also comes with Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin.
The Monster Hunter Stories Deluxe Collection meanwhile has what's in the Monster Hunter Stories Collection. However, it adds the Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin - Deluxe Kit which includes additional content that can enhance the gameplay experience. These are:
