This is the moment frustrated Wizz Air passengers were finally ordered off a plane after sitting on a runway for over three hours.
Tired passengers were left waiting on the runway of Gatwick Airport and "lost all their connecting flights" after they were hoping to leave for Bucharest in Romania, according to one disgruntled traveller.
Antonella Fagnano Kaliman recorded the moment and uploaded the video to Twitter, where it quickly gained a lot of attention.
In the video Antonella can be heard saying: "People are leaving the plane, they had us here for more than three hours.
"No one is doing anything."
She then pans the camera over where other passengers in the plane can be seen recording the chaos and commotion.
Antonella continues to say: "We need help.
"The duty manager spoke with Gatwick Airport and unfortunately they decided that there is nothing they can do, which is totally illegals as as Gatwick Airport should not be allowed to hold any of the luggages.
"They should be informed prior, and they should let the company know that they don't have enough staff in order to provide their services."
"Disaster, disaster" she can be heard saying afterwards, before concluding: "Worst airline ever."
WizzAir responded to the video on Twitter, saying: "Hi Antonella!
"We apologise that you felt that WIZZ let you down on this occasion. We are doing our best to improve our customer experience and would like to learn more about where we fell short this time".
An angry Antonella replied: "But your claims are never responded!! I need a phone number."
A representative for Wizz Air told the Mirror: "Unfortunately agents do not have insight into the specific reasons for why flights are cancelled... or what happens at the airports."
However they reassured passengers "if there's a cancellation/schedule change by wizz, passengers are entitled to a full refund - or a free rebooking".
In recent days, UK airports have faced hell as BA and easyJet cancelled over 150 flights from Manchester, Heathrow, Stansted, Birmingham, Leeds Bradford and Bristol.
Brits are facing three-hour queues at these major UK airports where lines can be seen snaking around the outside of the airports in the early hours of the morning.
The continuing chaos comes as Transport Secretary Grant Shapps demands a meeting with aviation bosses to find out "what's gone wrong" as millions of people face delays while embarking on half-term getaways to coincide with the Platinum Jubilee weekend.
