A cannabis grow has been found at a home in Beeston which caught fire earlier today (Mon).
The building, on Marley Street in Beeston, Leeds, caught fire with firefighters battling to keep the flames and smoke under control. At around 8.15am, police were called to the home by firefighters battling the blaze.
There, they found a cannabis grow inside the property. The house is currently being made safe and no one is believed to have been injured.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Shortly after 8.15am, police were contacted by colleagues at the fire service to reports of a house fire in Marley Street, Beeston. Officers attended and a cannabis grow was located within the property, which is currently being made safe.
"No one is believed to be injured and enquiries are ongoing."
