This is the moment police discover a thug stopped on suspicion of drink-driving was carrying a loaded handgun as he tried to flee through a crowded nightclub.
Nathan Ingram, 29, had been pulled over in a black Audi Q2 Sport which sped down Hoxton Street towards Old Street, east London.
He failed a breathalyser test showing he was over the limit at around 12.40am on November 29 last year.
Ingram ran off from police when he was told he was going to be arrested for being drunk at the wheel.
Body-worn footage shows him being unceremoniously carried out of a club he entered - with officers holding his legs and arms to carry him in the air.
Police shout “firearm, firearm” as they then find a Bernardelli 69 self-loading pistol in his rucksack along with a small amount of cocaine.

At Wood Green Crown Court on January 27, Ingram, of Ridley Road, Hackney, was sentenced to five years imprisonment having previously pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm, ammunition and having Class A drug.
Metropolitan Police Detective Sergeant Charlie Leather, who led the investigation, said: “A dangerous weapon has been taken out of the criminals’ hands thanks to a routine traffic stop by eagle-eyed police officers.
“Ingram thought he was quick on his feet – but we were quicker.
“We’re determined to get guns off London’s streets.
“The heavy jail sentence handed to Ingram is a warning to anyone tempted to keep a firearm that they’ll end up spending years behind bars.”
