The UK's most generous boss has treated his staff to a £7,000 trip to Ibiza, including tickets to a Calvin Harris concert.

Ashley Jones, the founder of branding firm Great Influence, filmed the moment he told his workers about the three-day getaway.

The businessman convinced his staff he was recording a workshop before springing the surprise on them.
