A mother said in a TikTok video that JetBlue damaged her toddler’s car seat during a checked-baggage trip and later offered travel credit instead of a replacement.
Celine Ann Glover, who posts as @celineannglover, said this was the family’s first flight on JetBlue. She stated they usually fly United because she finds that airline more child-friendly and more accommodating to military personnel.
