Molly-Mae shares 'struggle' of new mum clothes as 'nothing fits'

Molly-Mae Hague has opened up about her body since giving birth to her daughter Bambi.

Molly-Mae gave birth to hers and Tommy Fury’s baby called Bambi on January 23, 2023. Since giving birth she has been open and honest about how her body has changed.

Molly-Mae hasn't shied away from sharing the negative aspects of becoming a first-time mum, having shared her experiences of loneliness, isolation, anxiety, and body image issues. She showcased an unedited before and after of her postpartum body to her followers, highlighting the normality of body changes after pregnancy.

In one photo, Molly-Mae posed in front of a mirror with her late-term baby bump on full display, before comparing the selfie to a postpartum shot. Molly-Mae has recently made a return to her viral YouTube channel.

She got upset, explaining how she is currently not feeling like herself. Molly then added that she feels as though she has 'lost herself' due to putting herself second while caring for her newborn baby girl.

Yesterday, she shared an Instagram story stating she was going on a: “Quick run around the Trafford Centre'. In her next Instagram story that followed, she explained her struggle of understanding what clothes sizes you are after giving birth.

The caption on the story read: “Just tried everything on that I got in Zara but nothing fitted [melted face emoji]. The struggle of not knowing what size to buy after you have a baba is real.”

It is inspiring for many mums and mums-to-be to see Molly-Mae being so honest and open about her body as a change in clothes size is completely normal and expected after pregnancy. The normalisation of Molly-Mae highlighting this to her 7.5 million followers has hopefully taken a lot of pressure off women who are feeling the same way.
