Molly-Mae sets festive table four days early to host first Christmas in mansion

Molly-Mae Hague is desperate to prove herself capable of pulling of the perfect family Christmas at her new pad.

The 23-year-old reality star —turned online fashion director — has not long moved into her mansion with her fighter fella Tommy Fury.

But far from sitting back at taking it easy, as she is currently expecting their first child, she has begged her family to let her host the day at her home.

And she's so far proving to be ahead of schedule — four days to be exact — as she's already set her festive table for the ultimate hosting.

Posting on the house Insta page Mollymaison she penned: "This year I pleaded with my family to let me host Christmas at our new house… the pleading was because I’m not the most organised person (they don’t have much faith) however here is the table all set and ready to go! 4 more sleeps.

And although she's been super organised her sister Zoe replied: " You're proving us all wrong so far! Can't wait."

However fans discussed the comments and many agreed her minimalist table setting wasn't to there taste.

One posted: "Needs some life no colour just bland."

Another added: "I agree, Where's the chrismassy life in it..."

A third simply told it straight: "Not very Chrismassy."

But a fourth appeared to back her neutral design adding: "So beautiful!"

Further comments landed concerned about leaving the set up to gather dust for four days.

One added: "Looks lovely, but I can't help but think of any dust that may come on the plates...looks super inviting! And enjoy your hosting."

But in stark contrast the influencer was happy to have some fun and inject some colour with her Christmas tree decor and her packed schedule dictated her and Tommy hadn't had time to decorate and assemble their real fur tree until December 18th.

After tasking Tommy to lift the tree into place she decorated the tree with pink baubles, a white satin bow, candy canes and various cake ornaments.

Admitting it was a 'mishmash' she posted on Instagram : ''Finishing touches,’ before panning to take the pic from the other side and adding: ‘It’s a mess but we like it.''
