Molly-Mae Hague says she feels 'empowered' and 'doesn't recognise the old her' in first interview since Tommy Fury split

Molly-Mae Hague has said she is “looking forward to the new era” of her life as she seeks to move on from her ex partner Tommy Fury

The television personality split from the celebrity circuit boxer last month amid allegations that he had cheated on her multiple times - including a tryst while on holiday

The pair, who competed on Love Island in 2019, welcomed a child together in January of last year but are now going their separate ways after five years together.

Hague has been quoted as saying she is looking to move on with her life, contrary to reports that she had been considering reconciling with Fury.

Hague insists that's not going to happen and she is instead looking to the future, including her new clothing brand Maebe.

Sharing her excitement in a vlog, she said: "This chapter of my life, and this next one with Maebe, I honestly feel it will be the best yet."

She doubled down on this message in an interview with the Mail, in which she said: “'It was really good timing for this to happen for me. It has all just aligned perfectly.”

Both Hague and Fury have said they are committed to raising their now one-year-old daughter Bambi.

Hague has not publicly revealed the reason for their break-up.

But despite this, Fury was booed by sections of a 96,000 Wembley Stadium crowd on Saturday when his face came on screen.

He sat with his half-brother Tyson as they watched the heavyweight clash between Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois.

Fury put his hand to his ear as the boos rang out.

Hague added that her brand has been a long-standing ambition that has been put on hold due to other commitments - but feels now is the right time to branch out.

“When I became a mum, I changed a lot as a person and different things became important to me in terms of fashion, it was the right time to launch Maebe. I was really ready to sink my teeth into something new.

“I have a really good feeling about this new era of my life and think it's going to be so special and a great thing for me to focus on and put my time into as well as being a mum to Bambi.”
