Mohamed Salah has touched on what a 'ride' it has been with Sadio Mane at Liverpool after his strike-partner's move to Bayern Munich was confirmed.
Salah took to social media to post a message to the departing Mane, whose transfer to the German champions was confirmed today. It is a deal that could be worth up to £35million to Liverpool if add-ons are met.
The Senegal star spent six years at Anfield and was a key cog in every major honour being won during those years, forming an incredible partnership with Salah and Roberto Firmino, before the likes of Diogo Jota and Luis Diaz were added to the mix by Jurgen Klopp.

And Salah posted on social media: "It’s been quite a ride! Thank you for all the good times and I wish you all the best in your new adventure! You will be missed by all of us."
Salah's own future at Anfield is uncertain. Like Mane was, and Firmino is, the Egyptian is into the final year of his Liverpool contract.
But before the Champions League final against Real Madrid in May - which proved to be Mane's last match for the club - Salah confirmed he would remain at Anfield for the coming campaign.
He said : "I am staying next season for sure, that's clear."
