Moderna shares rallied about 159% to a high of $163.47 on Wednesday after its personalised mRNA cancer vaccine, developed with Merck, reduced the risk of melanoma recurrence and spread when combined with Keytruda in a late-stage trial, Reuters reported.
The stock was later trading at $143.51 later in the day. It had closing the previous session at $62.96.
