An Australian DJ and OnlyFans model has been hospitalised after falling down the stairs in Bali.
Courtney Mills, who lives on the Indonesian island popular with digital nomads, is asking fans to donate so that she can continue her treatment.
She was initially told "everything was fine" after developing a concussion, but she felt something wasn't quite right.
When she visited a private hospital, scans showed bleeding on the right side of her brain.
Courtney didn't have private health insurance and her medical costs started to spiral, according to a GoFundMe page.
Lauren Fankhauser, who is organising the fundraiser on her behalf, revealed the DJ's difficult situation.
"Unfortunately, my friend doesn't have insurance, and the costs have already exceeded $3000," she wrote.
"If you're familiar with the Australian music scene, you may know my friend as a talented DJ Courtney Mills who has brought joy and happiness to countless people.
"I'm asking for your help to support them during this challenging time. She needs to stay overnight at the hospital for monitoring and more scans in the morning.
"Any donations you can spare will go towards covering their medical expenses and potentially saving their life."
Lauren pleaded for people to consider making a contribution and spreading the word about Courtney.
"Your help and support would mean the world to my friend and their family. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your consideration," she added.
Courtney was previously involved in a motorbike accident in Bali with her friend Matthew David.
A separate GoFundMe page, created at the time in October 2018, raised more than $35,000.
The online star was discharged from hospital after the accident, but Matthew had to undergo surgery due to his injuries.
Originally from Melbourne Australia, Courtney has been living in Bali for the last six months.
She recently created a travel account 'bambi.bali.travels' – where she posts her recommendations for the best restaurants, bars and beauty services on the island.
"My name is Courtney, I've lived in Bali the past 6 months and would love to share my experiences," she wrote on social media.
"Helping make your Bali travels the best it can possibly be."
