Mo Salah has opened up on the role Manchester City have played in Liverpool's Champions League final preparations.

Liverpool face Real Madrid in Paris on Saturday night looking for their seventh European Cup, with City's conquerers Real looking for a record-extending 14th. With a Carabao Cup and FA Cup already secured this season, Liverpool were hoping for a historic quadruple, but City's late comeback last week on the final day of the Premier League season ended those dreams.

Speaking ahead of the Champions League final, Salah says Liverpool have used their disappointment of not winning the Premier League title to motivate them in their build-up this week.
