There was more chaos at a press conference for Russian MMA promotion Hardcore FC when a fighter was knocked out during the face-off for a potential fight.
Fighter Javid Rzayev, reportedly holding a 2-1 record and fighting out of Dubai, showed up from off camera as the conference was running for season three of Hardcore FC and called out another fight, who is not named. The pair squared off briefly, before the fighter who had been sitting on the couch got up and faced off with his rival.
The pair squared off for a couple of seconds, with nobody coming to stand between the pair as would be standard during such an incident in the UK or America. And the promotion ultimately paid for having nobody step in, as Rzayev was punched by his rival and immediately dropped to the floor.
