Mix up after 'lovely' Nottingham hotel incorrectly listed for £50k

A prominent city centre hotel was accidentally listed for lease before the owners realised the mistake. A Rightmove page had listed that a ten-year lease for The Bentinck Hotel on Station Street was available for a premium of £50,000.

The large Edwardian Hotel across from Nottingham train station had said that there was a "New 10 year lease term to be created". But the owners of the 13 bedroom hotel and bar were not aware at all of this listing.

Before the Rightmove page was scheduled for removal by the buildings owners, Nottingham residents said that the hotel was the first thing people saw when entering the city, and that the prominent property was 'lovely.'
