The measure shares its number with the 2024 amendment it would repeal, and campaigns on both sides say voters are confused about which vote does what.

Missouri voters will decide on November 3, 2026, whether to repeal the reproductive rights amendment they approved in 2024. The new measure carries the same name, Amendment 3, but a "yes" vote this year would do nearly the opposite of a "yes" vote two years ago. A "no" vote would leave the 2024 protections in place, as KFF Health News reported via KSMU.
