The shooter who killed two Minneapolis Catholic school students and injured more than a dozen others was filled with hatred and admired mass murderers, authorities revealed on Thursday.
“It is very clear that this shooter had the intention to terrorise those innocent children,” said Minneapolis police Chief Brian O’Hara.
