
Osama Al-Zamil, Saudi Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, said investing in plastic materials contributed to raising productivity and reaching the desired intensity of the manufacturing process, thanks to the recycling process, which limits environment pollution.
Al-Zamil noted that the number of factories operating in the plastics industry in Saudi Arabia has reached more than 1,321, with investments estimated at more than 35 billion riyals ($9.3 billion).
