Fake migrant lawyers to face huge fines as ministers prepare new immigration crackdown

People posing as lawyers who can give illegal migrants advice on how to remain in Britain are set to be slapped with huge fines as part of the Government’s new immigration crackdown.

The Home Office want to clampdown on those pretending to be legal professionals but who are not properly registered.
