'Minecraft' Is Getting an Official Nintendo Switch 2 Version That Improves on the OG Switch Version

Mojang has officially confirmed that "Minecraft" is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 as a dedicated release, giving the block-building game its first native version built specifically for Nintendo's newest hardware.

The announcement puts an end to months of speculation that followed the game's absence from Switch 2's initial launch lineup last year.
