Millionaire wins fight to stop construction of neighbours' house which 'looks too suburban'

An interior designer has won a fight in the Court of Appeal to stop his neighbours' new house from being built after complaining it looks "too suburban" to be sitting next to his £1.6million country mansion.

Millionaire Glenn Kinnersley, 60, and his wife Donna fell out with photographer neighbour Paul Dixon and his wife Angela over their plans to build their planned "suburban" style barn conversion.

Design guru Mr Kinnersley claimed the conversion would spoil the image of their Georgian country pile, in the Kent Downs.
