Military-Grade Heat Ray Could Be Used To Drive Off Migrants at the Southern Border

The U.S. might start using a heat ray to drive off migrants at the southern border, according to a new report.

The Pentagon is allowing the Department of Homeland Security to use the military-grade weapon at the border, CNN detailed. Officials describe the weapon as non-lethal.
