In a disturbing incident, militants detonated a bomb at a girls school in the North Waziristan district of Pakistan, causing significant damage to the structure. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the attack that took place at the Aafia Islamic Girls Model School in the town of Shawa.
The school, which is the only girls' educational institution in the area, serves 150 students. The assailants reportedly assaulted the school guard before triggering the explosives, leaving the community in shock.
