As a result of Christian Pulisic's World Cup performances for the USA so far, Premier League clubs have been alerted to his potential January availability.
As per the Daily Mail, Manchester United and Newcastle enquired about the American's availability in August and, along with league leaders Arsenal, they're monitoring his situation with a view for a move in the winter market. Chelsea's hierarchy are considering whether it makes sense to cash in on the 24-year-old with time left on his deal (18 months) or let his contract run into its final year.
Pulisic has impressed at the World Cup so far and most recently won the Player of the Match award against England. The USA are third in the group, but victory over Iran would guarantee qualification in Group B.
