Arsenal have officially unveiled Fabio Vieira as the club's third signing of the summer.
The Gunners have already completed deals for American goalkeeper Matt Turner and Brazilian starlet Marquinhos and Vieira has now joined them at the Emirates Stadium, joining for £34million from FC Porto. The 22-year-old enjoyed an excellent 2021/22 campaign with the Portuguese giants, netting seven goals and providing a further 16 assists across all competitions.
football.london reported on Friday that the 22-year-old was on his way to north London and the club have now officially announced that he has joined on a long-term contract. Manager Mikel Arteta was full of praise for the talented playmaker, describing him as a 'creative' player that will help his side's ability going forward next season.

Speaking to the club's website, the Spaniard said: ”I am very excited that we have identified and signed such a special talent. Fabio is a very creative player that will bring high quality and versatility to our attacking play.
"We welcome Fabio and his family to our club and are looking forward to starting work with him ahead of the new season.” Arsenal are far from finished in the transfer market, with Arteta still keen to bolster his attacking options following Alexandre Lacazette's departure to Ligue 1 outfit Lyon.
football.london understands that Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus is one name on the club's shortlist of profiles and technical director Edu has held talks with the player's representatives in recent times. The Brazilian international also has just over 12 months on his contract at the Etihad Stadium whilst City have already signed fellow frontmen Julian Alvarez and Erling Haaland - likely meaning Jesus would be handed considerably less game time next term if he was to stay with the Premier League champions.
