It has already been a busy summer at Arsenal, with three players joining the club so far. There are many more players rumoured to be joining the club, with Leeds' Raphinha a name being linked to a number of clubs with Arsenal one of the leading contenders to sign the winger.
It has been reported that Arsenal have had a bid rejected for the Brazilian international, with his future at Elland Road subject to a £65 million release clause. This asking price could be a potential stumbling block for any deal with the Gunners likely to need to sell players to fund such a large outlay, having already signed Fabio Vieira from Porto and Marquinhos from Sao Paolo, while a deal for Matt Turner has also been agreed.
Another question that would need to be answered is whether or not there is a need to sign Raphinha at all, given the Gunners' strength in the right-wing position. The signing of Vieira has strengthened that position and now the Gunners have two left-footed right wingers with Bukayo Saka already at the club.
