Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has hailed Granit Xhaka as a player "all managers want" while describing the position change which avoided the midfielder being axed.

Xhaka has been one of the standout performers for the Gunners this season as they sit top of the Premier League table, six points clear of champions Manchester City.
