Arsenal have been given a bargain quote for Mikel Arteta to solve his midfield with the ideal signing ahead of next season. Houssem Aouar has been linked to the club previously but his new value makes him a no brainer signing.

According to French news outlet Foot Mercato, Real Betis are interested in signing Aouar in the summer. The report goes on to say that Lyon valued him at £12.6m.

The Gunners will be in desperate need of a midfielder at the end of the season. Considering the club's previous interest in Aouar, with his cheap price tag, it should certainly be a deal that Edu should look to explore.
