Mikel Arteta explained his decision to bring Eberechi Eze off at half time after an "extremely difficult" test in Arsenal's 1-0 win over Nottingham Forest.

The Gunners managed just one shot on target in the match but that was enough for victory, as Noni Madueke's deflected strike with ten minutes remaining earned them three points.
