Mike Perry serves as backup for Logan Paul vs. Dillon Danis: ‘If Dillon doesn’t show up, I’m ready to fight’

BOSTON – Mike Perry will serve as the backup for the Dillon Danis vs. Logan Paul boxing match.

Danis (0-0) meets Paul (0-1) on Misfits Boxing’s “The PRIME Card,” which is set to take place Oct. 14 at AO Arena in Manchester, England, and streams on DAZN pay-per-view. The bout is scheduled for six, three-minute rounds, and will be contested at 195 pounds.

With many casting doubt about Danis showing up, Perry has been named as the alternate for the fight. Danis has not competed in combat sports since a June 2019 Bellator fight in which he defeated Max Humphrey by first-round submission.
