Midwife thought she was dying in A&E after not having chance to get flu vaccine

A midwife shouted "I am dying" when she was rushed to A&E with flu and ended up in intensive care.

Martyne Drinkall thought she was dying after being admitted to hospital after suffering from a serious case of flu despite normally being fit and healthy.

The 44-year-old who works as a midwife at Leighton Hospital in Crewe, began to feel unwell at the start of October.
