A huge new development is set for Midlothian, which will see over 200 new homes constructed near the Pentland Hills.
The massive site on the outskirts of Penicuik will soon be underway after Taylor Wimpey East Scotland announced they would be creating the properties next to one of their other developments.
Recently opening their Greenlaw Mill housing, the developer said their new project will include 221 new homes for locals, with a mixture of designs from two-bedroom homes to four-bedroom townhouses.

Located off Belwood Road, and to be delivered over two phases, the Greenlaw Mains site will also offer buyers three bedroom terraced and semi-detached homes as well as three, four and five-bedroom detached homes and pocket play spaces for children to play.
Starting prices at £340,000, Taylor Wimpey stated that the houses will have "stunning views" of the Pentland Hills as well as access to local amenities.
