Mid-Day Market Update: Pfizer Sales Miss Expectations; Teradata Shares Spike Higher

US stocks remained mostly higher on Tuesday, while the S&P 500 traded lower by 0.1%.

Midway through trading Tuesday, the Dow traded up 0.20% to 35,161.03 while the NASDAQ rose 0.14% to 14,035.14. The S&P, however, fell 0.10% to 4,479.38.
