Mid-Afternoon Market Update: Dow Turns Positive; Snap Shares Climb Following Upbeat Results

The Dow Jones turned higher later in the session on Friday following upbeat earnings from Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) and strong payrolls report for January.

Toward the end of trading Friday, the Dow traded up 0.15% to 35,163.26 while the NASDAQ rose 1.81% to 14,129.99. The S&P also rose, gaining, 0.75% to 4,511.02.
