Blackpool fans were impressed with what they heard from Mick McCarthy during his first interview as the club's manager.
The former Republic of Ireland manager returned to management on Wednesday after being appointed Blackpool boss on a deal until the end of the season.
McCarthy was last in work at the end of 2021 when he was sacked by Cardiff following 10 months at the club.

But supporters of the Seasiders liked what they heard from McCarthy during his first interview with the club.
Speaking on Wednesday, McCarthy said: "I want to be back in because I love it. I love being on the training ground, I love TC (Terry Connor) my assistant, he's desperate to get back in. We've been out for over 12 months now. It's a long time and it's too long so thrilled to be back in."
He added: "The bits I've seen of us playing now, it seems like we've got a really good group of lads. I watched one half against Sunderland and I thought they were having a right go. Nobody seems to have downed tools which is brilliant."
Commenting on the video of the interview, one fan wrote: "How can anybody not be impressed by hearing that? It’s just words at this moment, it has to be followed up with actions and performances. I smiled at my phone watching that, I definitely didn’t find myself doing that with the previous manager."
Another commented: "More passion in 4 minutes than 7 months... Let's get behind him and the lads now and make sure Bloomfield is that fortress on Saturday."
Someone else said: "What a truly brilliant first interview, the enthusiasm in his voice, acknowledging the fans already!!"
One other person posted: "Top man. What an interview. Big few months ahead."
