Michigan’s $3.2B Soo Locks project hits 50% in final phase

Michigan’s Soo Locks project has reached 50% completion in its final construction phase, according to the US Army Corps of Engineers. On Tuesday, Sept. 29, it confirmed that the $3.219 billion project remains on track to be completed by 2030.
