In the history of the Michigan State football vs. Michigan rivalry, this year’s match-up might be one of the most lopsided I can remember at least from a public perception standpoint.
The Spartans are 2-4, with their only wins coming against Central Michigan and Richmond. Michigan, on the other hand, is 7-0 and the No. 2 ranked team in the country.
That being said, we know that anything can happen in a college football rivalry game, and at least one Michigan State player is entering the game with a winning mindset, as MSU safety Dillon Tatum said of the game: ‘I believe we are going to win this football game.’
