Michigan State football is one of three finalists for three-star wide receiver Paul Billups Jr. of Chesapeake, Va.
Billups listed Michigan State, Virginia Tech and North Carolina as his three finalists in a tweet this past week. He will officially commit to one of those three schools on Aug. 24.
Billups is ranked as the No. 83 wide receiver in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2023 class. He is also listed as the No. 633 overall prospect in the class.
Billups holds offers from nearly 20 programs, according to 247Sports. Some of the other big-time programs to offer Billups includes Florida State, Penn State, Maryland, Duke, South Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia and Syracuse.
