Michigan State basketball is in Spain, on a preseason trip to build team camaraderie, while playing three exhibition games to gain experience.
In game one, the Spartans got past a good Madrid All-Star team, 94-87, showing an ability to close a game out. Game two, was the complete opposite.
With the Spartans traveling to Valencia for a game against the Valencia All-Stars, the Spartans dominated, winning the matchup, 105-59.
MSU doubled up Valencia at halftime, 48-24, and parlayed it with a massive third quarter that put MSU ahead at the end of 3, 72-31. Michigan State got a lot of experience for their whole team, who got to see action in different lineups all night.
The Spartans will have one more game in Spain before heading back to the states.
