Michelle Keegan looked decidedly chilly as she filmed the latest series of popular Sky comedy Brassic.
Our exclusive pictures show the 35-year-old actress, who plays Erin in the show, was dressed in knee-length boots, a mini-skirt and a fluffy blue jacket during shooting of the fifth series of show on a suburban street in Sale.
She and fellow actress Joanna Higson (Sugar) were spotted filming inside a house on Cranleigh Drive in the Brooklands area of Sale on Friday afternoon.
But some of the filming was outside and temperatures struggled to top 5C. The pair were spotted jumping up and down in an effort to keep warm.
Filming for the fifth series of the BAFTA-nominated comedy started late last year. Viewers are promised 'more of the eccentric plans and hi-jinks from the Brassic gang'.
The fourth series was broadcast from September. Brassic premiered on Sky One in August 2019, following the lives of Vinnie O'Neill, played by Joe Gilgun, and his friends in the fictional town of Hawley. Before the first episode had even aired, it was announced that Brassic had been renewed for a second series, which premiered in May 2020.
The show was renewed for an expanded third series of eight episodes, which premiered in October 2021 on Sky Max and in August 2021 a fourth series began filming and premiered in September 2022. Last August the series was renewed for a fifth series, and started filming that month to premiere this year.
At the end of November Michelle shared a collection of photos from filming and wrote: "Busy busy week but we finally made it to the weekend." To mark the start of 2023 Michelle gave a behind-the-scenes look at one of her latest glamorous photoshoots.
She posed up a storm in the snaps and video footage as she lounged on a Sheepskin armchair for the camera. Michelle, from Stockport, looked gorgeous in a high-neck cream and beige striped top.
Earlier this month Michelle revealed that, like so many of us, she headed back to the gym following the Christmas festivities. The actress took to Instagram to share a mirror selfie showing off her toned abs in her gym gear. She had pulled her trademark brunette locks into a messy bun and donned a greyish-blue sports bra and leggings from her husband Mark Wright's brand, Aytee7.
