Michael Wolff reportedly suggested a striking Marine One photograph of Donald Trump with two close aides might have been 'if not staged', raising fresh questions about how the intimate image was captured.
The picture shows White House press secretary Katie Zacharia and special assistant to the president Natalie Harp seated with Trump aboard the presidential helicopter as he arrived in Wasilla, Alaska, on Tuesday, 13 October.
