Michael Stewart has dismissed Derek McInnes' claims that Celtic should've been reduced to ten men against Kilmarnock yesterday.
The Killie boss was left unhappy at full-time with David Dickinson & VAR's decision not to show Oh a red card for a high boot tackle on Liam Donnelly.
McInnes took aim at the officials over the incident, insisting the Hoops striker's challenge was similar to Kyle Vassell's against Hibs in February where he was shown his marching orders following a VAR review.
VAR checked the flashpoint but concluded with Dickinson that no further action was required after the on-field official had already brandished a booking to the South Korean.
Michael Stewart concurred with the referee and dismissed McInnes' claims.
Stewart told Sportscene: "It's not a red card, but I know why the Kilmarnock players are up in arms because obviously Vassell got sent off against Hibs for something very similar.
"You could see him coming in almost demonstrating that. I don't think it's a red card and I don't think Vassell should have been sent off at Easter Road either but I can understand why Kilmarnock are upset about it."
Fellow pundit Simon Donnelly added: "I think Derek McInnes was looking for a red card, that's a little bit harsh. I think he has his eyes on the ball, yes it's a bit dangerous."
Kyogo opened the scoring in Ayrshire on Sunday lunchtime before a quickfire header from Daizen Maeda and a deadly double from Matt O'Riley thrashed Kilmarnock. Donnelly scored a consolation goal just before half-time.
