Michael Conlan will take on Luis Alberto Lopez in a world title fight on May 27th it has been confirmed.
Conlan will fight in Belfast at the SSE Arena with the fight taking place just one week after Katie Taylor's homecoming bout in Dublin,
The former Olympian suffered a devastating final round knock out against Leigh Wood a year ago in his WBA featherweight title fight.
And after bounce-back wins against Miguel Marriaga and Karim Guerfi, Conlan will have another shot at a world title.
Standing in his way is 29-year-old Lopez who boasts a 27-2 record and is the IBF Featherweight champion.
Lopez beat Leeds boxer Josh Warrington last December in a split decision win to win the world title.
