Michael Conlan has opened up on the gruelling weight cuts he has gone through before big fights.

Conlan mainly campaigns at featherweight which has a 9st limit, but has also fought at super-bantamweight (8st 10lbs).

The Belfast boxer says he has put on two stone since fighting Leigh Wood in Nottingham back in March.
