In April 2018, Michael Cohen, former attorney for Donald Trump, revealed details about an early morning raid conducted by the FBI at the Loews Regency hotel where he was staying due to a flooded apartment.
According to Cohen, the FBI arrived at his hotel room at 7 a.m. and identified themselves before requesting him to step into the hallway. The agents then executed a search warrant that allowed them to seize Cohen's two cell phones, electronic devices, and records.
