During his recent testimony, Michael Cohen expressed his concern regarding the files that American Media Inc. (AMI) had on Donald Trump. Cohen revealed that at the time, David Pecker, the CEO of AMI, was being considered for the CEO position at Time Inc.

Cohen disclosed that he had raised concerns with Trump about the existence of certain papers at AMI that were related to him. He mentioned that he was unaware of the specific contents of these papers, as nobody had discussed them with him. However, Cohen emphasized that these papers could potentially be used against Trump.
