Michael Beale has confirmed he will make changes for Rangers' trip to Ross County as he hailed the 'fantastic' return of Connor Goldson.
The Light Blues defender - who had been ruled out for two months - was back in from the start on his return as the Ibrox men produced an incredible comeback win over Aberdeen. Supersub Scott Arfield netted TWICE in added time to send the travelling support wild and secure back to back 3-2 Scottish Premiership successes.
The games come thick and fast for Beale and Co with a trip to Dingwall to face Ross County next on the agenda on Friday night. The new boss will be out to make it three wins on the bounce as he continues to try and put pressure on Celtic and Ange Postecoglou at the top. The duo go head to head on January 2 but they both face a couple of more games before that blockbuster showdown at Ibrox.

Speaking after the Pittodrie rescue mission, Beale said: “It’s fantastic that he is back. I don’t think anyone realises, other than Connor, myself and the rest of the squad, how little he has done. If it wasn’t Connor and it was a player that I didn’t know, maybe I wouldn’t have trusted him and trusted his body as much as I did this evening.
“For him to get through 90 minutes is fantastic and we are getting to the stage now where Ben should be fine as well. I thought you saw when Ben came on that we looked a little bit more stable.
“Again that is nothing against John (Lundstram) or James (Sands) that have played there in the last couple of games but they are midfielders.
“I am just delighted to get out of here with three points because I have come here before and dominated games and gone home with nothing or a point and it has hurt so to go back with three is a good sign and we go again on Friday.”
On Friday's trip to Ross County, he told Rangers TV: “There will be some changes to the starting line-up on Friday to freshen it up.
“There will be one or two new faces coming into the team.
“They have been waiting in the background and this is their opportunity.
“Scotty was waiting for his chance and he took it.”
